🚀 New Features and Enhancement

Track what's deployed where with Sources

We have introduced a new “Sources” page—designed to track what code is deployed where by linking your apps to their source repositories. This integration allows for a comprehensive view of deployed code across your infrastructure. Read the full changelog here.

Work without interruption with refined operation blocking

Users have given us feedback that certain operations blocking each other can slow them down at critical moments. Based on that feedback, we've implemented improvements to operations that allow you to work more effectively. As part of this three-part release:

• Deploy/scale operations no longer block SSH sessions

• Database backups no longer block database operations

• Services within a given app can be scaled simultaneously

Scale more effectively

We released a set of changes to our clients (UI, CLI, and Terraform) to make it easier for users to provision Apps and Databases with the desired scaling options. As part of this release:

• For Apps and DBs, scale Container Profiles via the CLI.

• For Apps and DBs, scale upon creation via the CLI and UI. This includes replicas and restores.

• For DBs, scale IOPS via the CLI, UI or Terraform.

🤖 Early Access: Aptible AI

For over a decade, Aptible has set the standard for secure, reliable, high-performance infrastructure. Now, we are leveraging our infrastructure expertise along with AI to launch a new tool to streamline your incident response processes. Here’s how it works:

• Get on-call guidance by securely connecting the AI Agent to your docs and other incident response tools for immediate information retrieval and ongoing incident summaries when needed

• Fetch real-time status, logs, and metrics from your internal systems by executing custom scripts through the AI Agent straight from Slack or Google Teams

• Gather insights and generate incident retros automatically so that you can quickly update or create runbooks and drill down into common incidents based on custom tags

🏢 Aptible Company Updates

This past quarter has been full of growth and excitement for the Aptible team! We’ve welcomed new team members and were able to meet for a company meetup in Philly. This meetup was especially fruitful since it allowed us to conduct a hackathon (our first one since 2021), during which we dedicated time to launching Aptible AI in early access.
